The 'ab' icon is limited to sifr.

Paragraph background is no longer by default in the standard toolbar since 4.4.
There isnt a need for a new icon as a new UNO command isnt being created, but
the behaviour of the command is acting the same as when you select a cell as
when you are inside a cell as using the button.
