I disagree. It is an advantage, that you can easily access other document
formats. I often need to open a Draw document to copy a drawing to Writer, or
open a Calc document to copy a part of the calculation to Writer, or want to
see a text in a Writer document side-by-side to a Calc document or to a
presentation.
