Yes of course, just the ones that are enabled by the user, just like full
screen mode.

Ctrl + Shift + K is available and J and K are next to each other on the
keyboard.

I think toolbar modes and toggling to show/hide the toolbars are different and
think the code/hooks for doing it is already in the fullscreen mode code.

I doubt fullscreen mode without toolbars and sidebars would be that useful in
draw and impress as you wouldnt be able to do much in such a mode unless you
are a heavy shortcuts user. In Writer and Impress, full screen mode gives you
access to focus on typing stuff, there is a real benefit there.
I changed the title to also include the hiding of the sidebar, if it is
enabled.
