<Ctrl>+<Right> advances to next white space. If that happens to be across
paragraph that is as designed/implemented and documented--and is correct.

<End> and <Home> position cursor to end of line, and start of line
respectively.

Some concern over <Ctrl>+<Down> not positioning to end of paragraph, instead
goes to Start of following, but simple to <Ctrl>+<Left> to move backwards over
EOL whitespace.

"word selection" is not even an issue in this bug.
