Yes when in Slide Master view, the normal tab should be renamed 'Slide Master'
and 'Notes' should be 'Notes Master', while the others (Outline, Handout, Slide
Sorter) should be hidden.

The slide pane should be relabelled 'Slide Masters' (bug 87638) and a different
color should appear on the UI for further visual indication that the user is in
Slide Master view (bug 87905).
