Of course they do, see the ref June 4th ESC minutes.

The discussions around

* Menu changes / help & documentation handling (Jay / Sophie)

Outcome of that is a major rework of Help, and a revert of any "lost" function
in the menu/toolbar rework in time for the 5.0 release. But they're in
otherwise.

Sophi doesn't say it but assume she'll work that into a MozTrap sequence for
guided review.
