Windows 10, like Windows 8, has a number of icons that are flat white icons on
a color background, primarily in their metro ui and in their metro apps, but
they havent changed their desktop app icons to flat or their file type icons to
flat. So i doubt placing a flat dark icons set would be good without mandating
that libreoffice's theme is white. MSO 2013 does this.
