When the app is set to inches, in the dialog, the up and down arrows jump
0.02". When it set to centimeters, the up and down arrows jump by 0.10cm. When
it set to points, the up and down arrows jump by 10pt. When it jumps by 10pt,
it seem to be equivalent to 0.40cm. So it jumping by equivalent increments of
0.10cm is fine.
