Marking as new. Reproducible with LibO 4.1 under Kubuntu x64, but not
reproducible with Libo 3.5, so it's a regression. 

I presume that this bug started with the "modifications" made to the ruler made
for version 3.6. However I don't have version 3.6 nor 4.0 in any of my PCs
