Yes 'Heading' should be a base for all other heading entries, similar to how it
is in Writer, so it doesnt need to be in the drop down list.

* Current State *
Heading: 16pt, bold, italics, centered
Heading 1: Inherit from Heading, 90 degree text orientation

* Future State *
Heading: 11pt, bold
Heading 1: Inherit from Heading, 16pt
