On LO Debian package 4.4.3, not only there's no "Headers and Footers" in View
menu in Draw but it's not present at all (or missed it).
In Impress, "Headers and Footers" entry is in "Insert" menu.

So
1) At minimum,

is wrong.
2) Is it normal there's no "Headers and Footers" entry in Draw?

ux-team: thought you might be interested in point 2), any opinion?
