Yep we dont need icons for the views, but we should remove the 'slide master'
icon just from the menu and i'm not sure how it is possible to do it.

@Maxim, @Samuel: Is there of a means of not showing the small icon for an uno
command only in the menu, as removing the samll icon file would cause problems
for users using small toolbar icons.
