Simplified area properties

I'd show only the recently used colors, gradients, and perhaps hatchings. If
there are no recently used we show default values. The items are kind of toggle
buttons meaning the user can choose one out of the options.
Access to the dialog with all settings is there right now, a little bit too
unobtrusive. The button might be the opposite though.
