A button for a print option would likely not be available by default in the
toolbar, but if the option is available, users can add the button to their
toolbar, but firstly an uno command to toggle that print option would likely
need to be created.

I would assume this would likely need to be added to the print dialog, so it
can be enabled for all sheets when printing.
