V5.1.0.3 under Win 8.1. 
The bug is still "happily living" and has some nice little brothers and
sisters. 

By the way: AOO V4.1.2 does not show this bug.

I will not report new details whether there may be some or not. As long as the
bug is stll NEW in its sixth year of life despite the many confirming comments
and not officially recognised nothing will happen, I am afraid. 

Can someone explain this to me? 

If there is no intention to "reactivate" the option, it might better be removed
from the respective settings dialogs.
