So UNO commands have a setting of whether they display an icon or not and if
this is enabled and there are small and large icons associated with the
command, the small one appears in the menu and the small or large one in the
toolbar. But with that, we dont have the ability to exclusively tell the menu
to not display the small icon, which is the reasoning for this enhancement.
