I ask to the ux-advise team to evalutate my enhancement request.

as said in previous posts, disabling the resizability of that dialog had no
beneficial effect and instead limited user experience in some situations, so I
gently ask Adoldo to revert his change and restore the original behaviour of
that dialog that was made resizable by Caolan McNamara
