Just closed bug 58173 as WFM at least as of the 5.2.0.1 build. 

Otherwise, would expect no change based on this long requested capability--to
insert a single PDF as an image (and then "Break" it apart)--bug 89727 and a
nice step forward in treating PDF as any other image source.
