Insert File dialog in Draw

Only Writer has the "link"-checkbox far at the left side. The insert image
dialog in Draw, Impress and Calc has the checkbox near to the "open" button.
Therefore I guess, that tweaking the dialog in Writer is possible. I have used
LibreOffice with OS dialog of Windows 7, 32 bit.
