Hey Gulsah, yes still valid. So open Draw and draw a shape, and while its
selected, click it once more and you'll see the 4 corners of the shape change
from blue squares to red circles (aka rotation mode), and then moving the
corners will rotate the shape. It seems that this feature isnt activated in
impress either, which is strange.

Just like Stuart mentioned, rotation is a common action for shapes, which is
why in MSO has a rotation circle is always present on a shape when its
selected.
