Can you elaborate further...

Not sure of utility to alter actual paragraph Style(s) of the section headings
(as picked up for indexing) in the document body.

Seems like this review/status attribute would better be linked to the
commenting process, or alternatively a toggle/"reviewed" checkbox per element
in the Navigator.
