I guess here the behaviour of MS Office is described:

At least I would suggest the title of the document (If it is set).

Also I'd like at least to have an option to use something from the first
paragraph, if no title is set.

Regarding privacy concerns: At first I thought that would be a point. But after
thinking a bit about it, I don't see what is concerning about this. LibreOffice
already "knows" the whole document you typed in.
