This content panel would be important in Draw and Impress, where the grid and
guidelines are an important part of the design process for aligning objects and
these settings may change from document to document and users shouldnt have to
go into the Tools > Options dialog in order to modify them.

The content panel will have checkboxes for the items in View > Grid and
Helplines as well as View > Snap Lines. It will also contain the Tools >
Options > LibreOffice Impress/Draw > Grid > Resolution's vertical and
horizontal spinboxes and the Subdivision's horizontal and vertical spinboxes as
a single spinbox.

The result should look similar to what is available in Krita (
https://krita.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/gridsguidessnapping.png ) and the
modification of the grid resolution and subdivision fields should be at the
document level and not at the application level.
