Hi pblndrssnchz,

Thanks for reporting the enhancement. I agree with Heiko in that freezing rows
and/or columns is primarily set once or possibly twice on a sheet, so having it
always show in the row/column level context menu isnt a good idea. For those
wanting easy access to freezing, it is available in the standard/top toolbar
since 5.0.
