Instead of having a button for the user switch to the master slide, wouldn't it
make more sense to have 2 buttons? 
"Apply to Current" and "Apply to Master". "Appl to Current" should only apply
to the background fill to 1 slide, either a regular or a master slide. While
"Apply to Master" applies it to all of the master slides.
