We decided during the redesign to not expose modification functions (edit,
rename, delete) by default as less experienced users wont be using these
functions.

There is a 'Open' button.

This isnt needed in the template manager, but if users want to use option (1)
to create a modified version of a template, they can do so.

Yes this was supposed to be exposed by default.
