Tor, there's no problem with your suggestion. Neither RGB nor HLC values as
such can be subjects to copyright.

Feel free to add the palette to the source code!

As I've written before, we only use ND protection to ensure the integrity of
the colour values in cross-media workflows, as well as the reliability of the
physical colour reference.
