If it's hard-coded into LibreOffice the ND option goes away and LO can use it
under its own licence. I'd only ask for a comment in the code that the colour
values and colour codes better not be changed.

As I've written before, we only want to protect the integrity of the palette to
enable its usage with the freieFarbe colour fans, not restrict users.
