Szymon create a .uno:Menubar command to toggle the visibility of the main menu
for use with the notebookbar, which i believe uses the same code the full
screen uno command.

1) Assigning a shortcut
2) Auto unhiding it with the Alt key (tomaz's comment 4, comment 10 and bug
69959)
