If we go ahead, the term Link may be used for internal associations (e.g.
frame) where Hyperlink means to deal with external data (e.g. web sites or
images, the latter is not so nice). But I agree with the concerns. Lot of work,
confusions inevitable. Better we discuss each occurrence in detail.
