A text link linking to an image and a linked (not embedded) image are two
different things and should have distinct text to differentiate them, similar
to the incorrectly labeled Edit > Link entry.
Maybe we should use 'Insert as non-Embedded' rather than 'Insert as Linked' in
the dialogs, so a user gets to know Embedded and Non-Embedded and then Edit >
Link can be changed to Edit > Non-Embedded Files or something like that.
