Steps:
1) Open Writer
2) Add a table
3) Select a row or column by waiting for the down or right arrow to appear
above or to the left of the table
4) Right-click
5) Selection deselected

On an additional note, i think if the table row appears and no selection is
found in the table, it should auto select the row, column or table and then
launch the context menu. @UX-Advise: What's your take?
