Reopened - see remaining "Ctrl-click required to follow hyperlinks",
"hyperlink" in sw/uiconfig/swriter/ui/tocentriespage.ui and probably more.

This type of "bug" seems to be fixed quickly in a few days, but thorough
handling of all its consequences will take years. Also, I am afraid that the
ambiguity in terms introduced by the fix outweighs the (maybe) better wording.
