In master slide view, the sidebar has a number of decks that are useful in
normal view but useless in master slide view. I believe the ones that are
useless are

* slide transition
* custom animation
* master pages
* navigator

and if any of these decks are active when master slide view is activated, that
focus should be shifted to the properties deck.
