Like the idea--reduce clutter while working in any module, without loss of
screen placement of shifting to Full Screen mode (i.e. <Ctrl><Shift>+j).

Much as the "hide"/"show" collapse of the Sidebar tabbar or deck, feature to
collapse toolbars and main menu would be a nice enhancement. MUFFIN Notebookbar
modes should probably honor it as well.
