The requested enhancement is a floating menu for the autofill function (enter
1,2,3 in adjacent cells, select them, and extend the selection with the mouse).
We do not use this type of interaction with floating 'options buttons' (also
known in MS Office for paste special and direct formatting) but we have the
functionality per keyboard modifier (like in Excel). With ctrl being pressed
the series is copied instead of extended => WFM.
