OK, found it...

STR

1. Set Groupedbar Full or Compact
2. New Impress presentation
3. Insert an image
4. select image, context changes and shows "Graphic" labeled drop list
5. list holds image widgets

Search [1] shows occurs in Writer, Calc, and Impress Notebookbars that and a
simple label change from "_Graphic" --> "_Image" in the .UI would correct
