The change request relevant without any doubt. Default shortcut to switch
between tabs is ctr+tab. And users obviously comprehend sheets as tabs.

Guess it's a very simple change in
officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/ 

Should work for JumpToPrevTable as well as JumpToNextTableSel (Edit > Select >
Select to next/previous sheet)- including shift in this case.
