Stuart's opinion on this request regarding cell appearance in Calc was to
resolve this ticket as WFM. 

Basically I agree with the idea of one click interaction at the sidebar instead
of using menus. But when we expose all 12 items on the panel it looks strange.
So I tend to agree with Stuart.
