No, the Page Layout tab belongs on a configuration tab of its own. 

Attempting to move it onto the General tab would require it be collapsed, as
with the "Details" for the printer now, and still woould make a crowded dialog
more crowed.

There is not quick print function in LO, meaning we will always open the Print
dialog, as the dialog will always be opened we gain nothing by crowding the
default general tab.

Leave it alone.
