We already have "Options - Application Colors" where the user can change a lot
of different colors for various things. I wonder if rather than allowing of
hard-coding of the colors, and WONTFIXING such request, we should make a rule
that if the color is not taken from the system theme, it must be defined there
(for anything that is UI and not part of the document).
