Calling this resolved fixed with work on bug 115131 to elevate the Notebookbar
modes (still experimental) onto the main menu as elements on the new View ->
User Interface list.
Present on the main menu, and from Notebookbar menus, so no need for a GUI
split-button object.
Desired visibility of the MUFFIN Notebookbar modes has been achieved.
