I strongly disagree with not functional software and not correct logic and not
helpful help.
Why do you think that user will come to Options to learn about recalculation? 
There are a number of bugs where they say "my numbers are wrong, why"?
Surely they had no idea about recalculation and options because they are
hidden.
I found my answer: because of this Bug, Bug 107929 and Bug 107930.

But I will not open. I did enough to report, no need to argue more. 
Let's spend some more years with the same bugs.
