Tools > Options > Load/Save > <topic>

It contains font sizes for H1..H9, some import and export settings. Request is
a WFM to me, I read "compatibility" similar to "options". The proposal of pure
"HTML" sounds inferior and too short. Would be good to get opinions from native
speakers.
