Version 1.2.7d is available at
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60592#c16.

Today I tried to make 1.2.7c and d available at the Extensions repository, but
I couldn't find a way to add it to
https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions/template-changer.
