Microsoft has a so called mini toolbar sometimes shown above the context menus.
It's one of the most hated features since this toolbar also pops up
unintentionally when hovering over text. But the idea itself makes sense.

I'm pretty sure we have made a statement to this feature but don't find the
right ticket. Might be that we didn't want it as a MSO specific control.
