I am using LibreOffice Version: 5.2.7.2
Build ID: 1:5.2.7-1+deb9u5
CPU Threads: 2; OS Version: Linux 4.9; UI Render: default; VCL: gtk2; 
Locale: en-US (en_US.utf8); Calc: group
on Debian 9 and Xfce 4.12.1.

Ctrl+F10 does nothing.

I have opened my documents on this fresh system after creating them with
OpenOffice on the old one.  On document shows the margin lines and another does
not.  Of course, I have no idea why that is.
