What you are missing is my leaving off "more breaks" from what I wrote.  I did
remember to the more breaks part.

I should have written “Insert → More Breaks → Manual Page Break”.  My bad.  The
tip off was that I kept referring to the "Style" pulldown in Manual Page Break.

Sorry for the mix up
