What are you talking about? They do *all* work correctly, there is no
workaround!  

RTFM!

And this BZ issue has become TL;DR for any reasonable review or action.

The fact is that page styling is correctly handled. The => NAB is correct
resolution here as anyone certainly can "switch to Portrait" if they work with
Styles correctly.
