I confirm, that it the current wording is confusing. But every solution should
be in line with header dialog there are only two options with checkboxes: Same
content left and right and same content first page. For me those checkboxes are
easy to understand. So I go with Mike's propsal to use checkboxes also in the
sidebar. As the header dialog shows two checkboxes are enough.

Additional information: It seems to me, that - if you change setting in the
header dialog, there is no change in the page sidebar (or perhaps I don't
understand settings of the sidebar).
